The Challenge

RemoteHQ, an early-stage startup, needed to refine its collaborative browser tool to improve usability and establish product-market fit. The existing platform lacked seamless user flows and integration capabilities.

Our Process

Starting with a UX audit, we identified critical usability issues and areas for improvement. We redefined core journeys like onboarding and tool usage, introduced a modern design system, and integrated key third-party platforms like Slack and Zoom. We collaborated with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and acceptance criteria.

The Outcome

The redesigned platform simplified user workflows and introduced seamless integrations, making RemoteHQ more competitive. The redesign directly contributed to the platform’s acquisition by Presence.com, achieving the founders’ long-term vision.
